With such a rich history and such a worthy cause, BCDI-Hampton Roads of the National Black Child Development Institute is proud to be an Affiliate and will stand in the gap to help assist Black children and their families in the Hampton Roads area. The Affiliate was Chartered April 2, 2016 with 50 strong stakeholders.
